Then it will show 3 options like a.get a meeting link to share. b. Start an instant meeting.c. Shedule in Google calender.

Number c option is only available when you use web browser. 

If you want to starting meeting you need to follow 2 ways. First the host will send you a link, then you need to click on the link, then you will be connected. Secondly, the host can send you meeting code. Then manually you need to  input the code in right place.
